My Name is Marie Murphy and I work as a Job Coach for EmployAbility North West I am based in our Inishowen office Buncrana.
I have over 20 years’ experience of supporting and guiding individuals into work.
I am passionate about making a difference, being organised, and getting jobs done. It is important to me to help and support individuals to take on new challenges and explore new ways.
Another aspect of the job I really enjoy is talking and listening to local employers, finding out what they require for their business and finding a good Job Match.
I have studied Community Development, Human Resources, Employment Law and Social Studies.
I am a Big Leinster Rugby supporter and not forgetting Dublin GAA.

Hi, my name is Lenka and I work as a Job Coach in the Sligo Office. I've joined the EmployAbility team in February 2021. I have a degree in Social Care and years of experience in direct care services for people with disabilities. I really enjoy seeing people discovering and living up to their own potential and I'm grateful for being part of their journey to paid work. In my spare time I love music and dancing Salsa.

Hi, my name is Anne and I work as a Job Coach in the Sligo Office. I joined the EmployAbility team in June 2022. I graduated with a degree in Social Anthropology and later went on to complete a masters in Adult Guidance Counselling. I have a background working in the world of business, youth and community work and the humanitarian sector. Working as a guidance counsellor for the last 10 years I have experience supporting people with different abilities transition into employment, training and further education. My aim is to make that journey a positive experience for everyone involved, to break down barriers, identify opportunities and help navigate obstacles that may occur along the way. In my spare time I enjoy music, art and the outdoors

My background is in management and community development, and my experiences of working in enterprise, IT, healthcare, hospitality, and retail have helped to build my ability to job match the right person to the right job. My name is Sinéad Ryan. I joined EmployAbility Northwest in August 2024. I am a Job Coach for Leitrim area. My passion is encouraging people to realise their true potential using a person-centred approach so they can achieve their life goals. One of my life goals is to publish my own book, another is to master playing the Ukelele! I have a keen interest in Homeopathy, Dance and Movement. My education is in Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy and have worked in this area for over 10 years. My life motto is: ‘It is never too late to be what you might have been’, Mary Anne Evans, Victorian Novelist who changed her name to George Eliot in order to become a writer.
